Imports into Central America:
- Act as Importer of record for customs purposes.
- Import “On consignment” and re-sell to a local buyer in accordance with the customer’s instructions.
- Hold in inventory, Re-Sell and/or Deliver assets in accordance with Customer’s Instructions.
- Hire, administrate, and follow-up dedicated support staff on behalf of the client.
- Buy and Sell local products and/or services on behalf of the client.
- Pack or re-pack products prior to delivery to client’s customers as instructed by the client.
- Support client’s customers as directed by the client.
- Ensure compliance with local income tax rules and regulations without direct liability for the client.
Exports out of and/or within Central America:
- Act as Exporter of Record for Customs Purposes
- Consolidate Purchase Orders into shipments for the client and/or it’s customers.
- Assemble products into “promotion packs” as instructed by the client
- Pack or re-pack products as instructed by the client
- Generate Export and Sale invoices as instructed by the client.
- Acquire and hold in inventory assets in accordance with the client’s instructions.
- Support client’s customers as directed by the client.
- Ensure compliance with local income tax rules and regulations without direct liability for the client
Each client presents particular requirements and interests that must be specifically reviewed, discussed, documented and presented by our team of experts in the fields of tax, legal and commercial compliance.
An SOP is drafted specifically “tailored” to the client’s needs. Implementation can be achieved within relatively short timeframes given that an formal structure is currently in operation in all of the central American countries.
